Common questions
Is this connected to the school? No. GetMy.Kids is an independent community tool created by a parent. The school is not involved and does not endorse this tool or make any claims about it.
Who can see pickup info? Only other signed-up parents and caregivers in your community. Signup is by invite from within the community only. Pickups aren't public and aren't shared with anyone outside the group.
What if I miss a notification? You can always open the app to see upcoming pickups. We recommend enabling both text message and email notifications as a backup. Pickups can also show up in your calendar.
How do I stop getting messages? Update your notification preferences in the app, or reply STOP to any SMS message.
